SPACE + FLOW presents The November Reset at Flo Pilates Club in Nottingham.
A considered Sunday afternoon of movement, reflection and rest, created to help you pause before the festive season begins.
Begin with Reset Flow, a 50-minute Reformer Pilates session combining controlled strength, fluid movement and restorative stretches. Afterwards, enjoy a drink from Her Days and take a moment to pause with a guided reflection, before returning to the studio for a restorative sound experience using crystal singing bowls.
Arrival from 1:45 p.m.
Your experience includes Reformer Pilates, a drink from Her Days, guided reflection and a restorative crystal singing bowl sound experience.
The afternoon will close with a curated SPACE + FLOW gift bag. A detailed itinerary will be shared with confirmed guests ahead of the event.
Blankets, bolsters and weighted eye pillows will be provided. Your ticket includes one selected drink from Her Days and a curated SPACE + FLOW gift bag to take home.
